The ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE is a method of unique importance. Not only can the practitioner help in curing and healing many ailments, but by becoming aware of habits that are not advantageous, and changing to a new set of use, one can be liberated from cyclic behaviour that in the end can simply wear us out. This teaching element will help prevent, to a high degree, any recurrence of these pains.
An ALEXANDER session is time out physical mental and emotional providing release and relief, a freer sense of movement and a lightness of being that will enhance your performance, be it in sport, work entertainment or relationships and happiness. Francis
